You may return the item if the product is wrong or the item was damaged when purchased.
To process a return, you must email in writing explaining the reason for the return. If purchased online, the item must be returned back to us before processing any refund. If item was bought in shop, you must send or return to the place of purchase.
If item is not damaged or used/worn we will issue you a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We will refund to the provided card in which purchase was made if purchased online. If purchased in store we will provide full refund to the card you prefer. This may take 3 to 5 working days to process and return funds to your bank account.

Our Cancelation Policy:
If your booking is cancelled within 24 hours we can refund you the amount paid minus a $10 cancelation fee.
If cancelled within 24 hours you also have the option of requiring credit for your payment to book at another date within one year of first booking.
When cancelled on day of booking there will be no refund. All money will be taken or put in to a credit for future booking to be made within one year.
Due to bad weather cancelations, we will refund you if not safe to hire our service or give credit for another day with better weather
