While traveling Queensland looking for the perfect place to call our new home, we were inspired to make jewellery and homeware from all the shells we had collected. John had been a commercial fisherman for over 35 years plus was an avid surfer as a young boy who grew up in a Surfboard factory. This is how we came up with the name Ocean Adrift.

We are originally all from Coffs Harbour, on the North East Coast of NSW. This was known as a great surf spot. We all love to spend as much time at the beach or in the water. Whether it it is walking the dog along the beach or Jetboarding on a clear still day, our lives have always been focused on being in or alongside the ocean.
